you delete a file:

1.2.7 fixdisk

Syntax
fixdisk device
View
User view
Parameter
device: Device name.
Description
Use the fixdisk command to restore space on the Flash memory.
In case that space on the Flash memory may become unavailable for reasons such as
abnormal operations, you can run this command to restore the damaged space.
Example
# Restore space on the Flash memory.
<Quidway> fixdisk flash:
Fixdisk flash: may take some time to complete.
%Fixdisk unit1>flash: completed.
