Configuring the Contact Center Agent Desktop
Configure custom fields in CCAD
You can add a custom field to the Contact Center Agent Desktop for multimedia
contacts that pertains to your contact center. For example, if your customers
have a subscription to a magazine, you might want to view information about
each customer's subscription expiry date.
The value entered the contact center agent for each customer appears in the
custom field, the same as any other customer information such as e-mail address
or telephone numbers are entered for the customer.
Creating a custom field

In the Contact Center Multimedia Administration window, expand Contact
Center Multimedia.

Expand Agent Desktop Administration.

Double-click Customer Custom Fields.
Result: The Customer Custom Fields window appears
