On the Windows Start menu, click All Programs > Nortel Contact Center
> Multimedia Server > CCMM Services Control.
Result: The CCMM Service Control window appears.

Under each of the following services, click Stop.
Note: Do not stop the License Manager service.

Under the Caché Controller service, click Start.

Click Exit to close the CCMM Service Control window.
