Change the names or IP addresses of servers

Click Edit.
Result: The Server Properties dialog box appears.

In the Server Name box, change the name of the Communication Control
Toolkit server.

In the Server Port box, change the port number of the server as required.
The default server port depends on the server you are configuring.

Click Save.
Result: A message box appears describing potential errors for changing
this server.

Click OK to accept.

Restart the Multimedia services using the following steps:
a. On the Windows Start menu, click All Programs > Nortel Contact
Center > Multimedia Server > CCMM Services Control.
Result: The CCMM Service Control window appears.
