Click Set Mapping.
Result: The Outgoing E-mail Mapping window appears.

Click Send both Agent-initiated Contacts and Customer Responses
from this E-mail address.

In the box, select the e-mail address for the outgoing e-mail. This e-mail
address must be defined as a mailbox on the E-mail Manager.

Click Save.
Result: The changes appear in the Skillset to Mailbox Mappings tab of the
Outgoing E-mail Configuration window.
