Uninstalling the software

Restart the computer.

Delete the following folders:
D:\Nortel\Contact Center Multimedia (where D is the drive on which you
installed the Multimedia software)
D:\Nortel\Contact Center (where D is the drive on which you installed
the Multimedia software)
D:\Nortel\CCMMLog (if logs were created)
Note: If you want to save your attachments and the database file, save the
following file and folders to another location:
Cache.dat
inboundattachment
outboundattachment
1198
