Configure skillsets
If you add skillsets in the Contact Center Manager Administration, and want to
use the skillsets to route outbound contacts, you must first configure a route
point for each skillset.
Assigning a route point to a skillset

In the Contact Center Multimedia Administrator application, expand
Contact Center Multimedia.

Expand General Administration.

Double-click Skillset Settings.
Result: The Skillset Settings window appears.

Select the skillset for which you want to assign a route point.
