Right-click and choose Properties.
Result: The Services Properties dialog box appears.

In the Startup type box, select Automatic.

Click Apply.

Click OK.

Repeat steps 2 to 5 for each of the following services:
CCMM Manager Client Service
CCMM OAM Service
CCMM Outbound Scheduler Service

Close the Services window.
