Change the names or IP addresses of servers

Click the CMF Configuration tab.
Result: The CMF Configuration page appears.

In the CCT Server Name box, confirm the new Communication Control
Toolkit server name is shown.

In the CCMS Server Name box, type the name of the Contact Center
Manager Server.

Click Apply to save the Contact Management Framework settings.

Click OK to close the window.

Restart the services on the Communication Control Toolkit server by
performing the following steps:
a. Log on to the Communication Control Toolkit server as Administrator.
b. On the NCCT 6.0 Console, expand NCCT Maintenance.
