You must enable the remaining services on Server A before it can be the Active
server.
CCMM Email Manager Service
CCMM Manager Client Service
CCMM OAM Service
CCMM Outbound Scheduler Service

On Server A, click Start > Administrative Tools > Services.
Result: The Services window appears.
