Change the names or IP addresses of servers
Resetting the iceAdmin password

On the co-resident server, click Start > All Programs > Nortel Contact
Center > Manager Administration > Configuration.

In the left pane, click Nortel Networks.
Result: The Nortel Networks Applications Configuration window appears.

Click IceAdmin Password Change.
Result: The iceAdmin Password Change dialog box appears.
