Step 4. Associate the new reporting server
You must update Contact Center Manager Server so that Server B is correctly
assigned as the associated reporting server.

Log on to the Contact Center Manager Administration server.

In a Web browser, type http://<CCMA_ServerName>, where
<CCMA_ServerName> is the name of the server where Contact Center
Manager Administration is installed.
