Click the CMF Configuration tab.
Result: The CMF Configuration page appears.

In the CCMS Server Name box, type the name of the co-resident server.

Click Apply to save the Contact Management Framework settings.

Click OK to close the window.

Restart the services on the Communication Control Toolkit server by
performing the following steps:
a. Log on to the Communication Control Toolkit server as Administrator.
b. On the NCCT 6.0 Console window, expand NCCT Maintenance.
c. In the left pane, click Services.
