clear ipmc fdb {group <ip address> {sender <ip address> / <netmask>}}
Description
Resets the IP multicast forwarding database entry.
Syntax Description
ip address
netmask
Default
N/A.
Usage Guidelines
If no options are specified, all IP multicast forwarding database entries are cleared. This command has
an effect similar to the command
database entries.
Example
The following command resets the IP multicast forwarding database entry:
clear ipmc fdb group 224.1.2.3 sender 10.0.0.2/24
History
This command was first available in ExtremeWare 6.2.
This command was added to the Summit "e" series of switches in ExtremeWare 7.2e.
