STP Commands

The following command adds ports 2 and 3, members of a VLAN named Marketing, to the STPD

named STPD1, and specifies that they be in EMISTP mode:

configure vlan marketing add ports 2-3 stpd stpd1 emistp

This command was first available in ExtremeWare 6.2.

This command was added to the Summit "e" series of switches in ExtremeWare 7.2e.

Platform Availability

This command is available on all platforms.
