configure lldp ports vendor-specific dot3 power-via-mdi

configure lldp ports [all | <portlist>] [advertise | no-advertise]
vendor-specific dot3 power-via-mdi
Description
Configures LLDP ports to advertise or not advertise MDI (Power Over Ethernet) capabilities to its
neighbors. This is a vendor specific option; therefore, there may not be support for this capability from
the neighbor.

no-advertise
Default
The default is not to advertise.
Usage Guidelines

Example
The following command configures all ports to advertise MDI capabilities to neighbors.
configure lldp ports all advertise vendor-specific dot3 power-via-mdi

This command was first available in ExtremeWare 7.4.
Platform Availability
This command is available on all Extreme switches.

Specifies a list of switch ports in the form i:*, i:n, or i:n-i-m.
Specifies that information is to be sent to neighbors.
Specifies that information is not to be sent to neighbors.
