configure pim cbsr

configure pim cbsr [vlan <vlan name> {<priority [0-254]> | none]
Description
Configures a candidate bootstrap router (BSR) for PIM sparse-mode operation.
Syntax Description
vlan name
priority
none
Default
The default setting for priority is 0, and indicates the lowest priority.
Usage Guidelines
The VLAN specified for the candidate BSR must have IPMC forwarding enabled for PIM sparse mode.
On the "e" series of switches, an error message is displayed if you attempt to configure a VLAN as a
candidate BSR.
Example
The following command configures a candidate bootstrap router on the VLAN accounting:
configure pim cbsr vlan accounting 30

This command was first available in ExtremeWare 6.1.

This command is available on all platforms.
