For the Alpine FM-32Pi PoE Module:
disable inline-power slots <slot_id>
For the Summit 300 series switches:
disable inline-power slot <slot_id>
Description
Disables power provided to the specified slot.
NOTE
This command is available only on the Alpine FM-32Pi PoE Module and the Summit 300-48 switch.
Syntax Description
slot_id
Specifies the slot for which power will be disabled.

Usage Guidelines
You can control whether inline power is provided to a specific slot by using the
slots <slot_id>
command and the
inline-power slots <slot_id>
system defaults to enabling power on all slots.
To power any port, the following conditions must exist:
• The system must be enabled for power.
• The slot must be enabled for power.
• The ports must be enabled for power.
Disabling a slot providing power to a powered device (PD) through one of its powered ports
immediately removes power to the PD.
Example
The following command shuts down power currently provided by slot 2:
disable inline-power slots 3

This command was first available in ExtremeWare 7.2.
This command was added to the Summit "e" series of switches in ExtremeWare 7.3e.
