IPX Commands—"i" Series Platforms Only

configure ipxrip delete vlan

configure ipxrip delete vlan [<vlan name> | all]

Disables IPX/RIP on one or all interfaces.

Syntax Description

Specifies a VLAN name.

Specifies all VLANs.

Usage Guidelines

IPX/RIP is automatically enabled when a NetID is assigned to the VLAN.

The following command disables IPX/RIP on the VLAN named backbone:

configure ipxrip delete vlan backbone

This command was introduced in ExtremeWare 4.0.

Platform Availability

This command is available on all "i" series systems.
