6005 8947 The external volume that is mapped to
an internal volume is connected to the
port.
6005 8948 The specified port is receiving I/O
requests.
6005 8949 An internal error occurred.
6005 8950 An internal error occurred.
6005 8973 The operation failed because the
specified R-VOL was used for XP Flex
Copy.
6005 8975 Failed to create a pair, because the
specified R-VOL is path-defined from
the iSCSI port.
6005 8976 A pair cannot be created, because the
specified M-VOL is an external volume.
6005 8977 A pair cannot be created, because the
specified R-VOL is an external volume.
6005 8980 The operation failed because the
licensed capacity of Mainframe Array
Management on the RCU side was
exceeded.
Recommended Action
Check the status of the
specified R-VOL.
Verify whether the
parameters of M-VOL, CU
number, port, GID and LUN,
are supported with the RCU
microcode version or not.
Verify whether the SSID and
CU number of RCU and the
parameters of R-VOL, Port,
GID and LUN, are correct or
not.
Verify whether or not two or
more CU numbers coexist in
P-VOL and S-VOL, if you
create a pair by using a
LUSE volume.
Specify RCUs of CU Free
when two or more CU
numbers coexist in P-VOL or
S-VOL.
And then, retry the operation
with the correct parameters.
Release the setting of the
external volume, then retry
the operation.
Stop I/O operations, then
retry.
