reporting that the PVC is up after the PVC stops receiving alarm cells
OAM VC verification Whether OAM verification is enabled or disabled
OAM loopback cell status:
disabled VC integrity disabled for VC
sent OAM loopback cell sent; waiting for response
received OAM loopback cell response received
failed OAM loopback reply not received within frequency period, or
reply contained a bad correlation tag
OAM VC status:
AIS VC is in AIS state
RDI VC is in RDI state
Down Retry OAM loopback failed; using retry frequency to verify that
the VC is really down
Down OAM loopback failed after Down Retry verification
Up Retry OAM loopback successful; using retry frequency to verify that
the VC is really up
Up OAM loopback successful after Up Retry verification
