Configuring e-mail settings and routing
To print the Rules

Log on to the Multimedia Administrator.

On the Utilities menu, click Export Rules.

Browse to a file location on your server to store the file.

Click Save.

Go to the file named Rules.txt. The file is saved on your desktop.

Double-click to open the file.

On the File menu, click Print.
Making rules inactive
You can make rules active and inactive. An inactive rule remains configured, but
is not used for routing incoming e-mail until the rule is activated again.
To activate a rule, select the rule, and then click
