Click Edit.
Result: The New Auto-Phrase dialog box appears.

In the Name box, type a name to represent this autophrase. The name of
the autophrase appears in the Contact Center Agent Desktop for the
selected skillset, so it must be descriptive.

In the Phrase Text box, type the text that is commonly used for text chat
based on the selected skillset.

Click Add.
Note: You can configure a maximum of 25 autophrases for each skillset.
Result: The autophrase is listed under Phrases in Group.

Click Save.

On the Auto-Phrases dialog box, click Close.
