Changing the Active server

In the Server Settings window, click Contact Center Multimedia Server to
select it.

Click Edit.
Result: The Server Properties window appears.

In the Server Name box, change the name of the Contact Center
Multimedia server to the name of Server A.

In the Server Port box, change the port number of the server as required.
The default server port is 1972.

To change the MCMC event port number, type the new number in the
MCMC Event Port box. The default MCMC event port number is 7999.

Click Save.
Result: A warning appears describing potential errors for changing this
server. Click OK to accept.

Click OK to accept.
Result: The Server Settings window is updated.

Click Close to close the Server Settings window.
What's Next?
Perform some required steps on Server B to ensure that it is no longer being used
as an active server.
