In the Locations box, select the Contact Center Multimedia server name
from the list.

Click OK.

In the Enter the object name to select box, type CCMMOPSUSR.

Click Check Names to verify that the user name exists on the local
computer.

Click OK.
Result: The Permissions for outboundattachment window appears and the
user is added to the list of users.

Select the Multimedia user account (hostname/CCMMOPSUSR).
