Double-click Recipient Addresses.
Result: The New Recipient window appears.

In the Mailbox Name box, type the name of a mailbox set up the e-mail
server.

In the E-mail Domain box, type the domain for your e-mail server.
Note: Mailbox names are case-sensitive. You must type the mailbox name
exactly as it appears on your e-mail server.
