Migrating Contact Center 6.0 to a new server
ensure that your user account is in the same domain as the Contact Center
Multimedia server, or
create a new user that is in the same domain as the Contact Center
Multimedia server and log on as this new user
To back up your database on a mapped drive
1 On the network computer where you store the backup, do the following:
a. Create a folder named Backup.
b. Right-click the new folder, and then click Properties.
c. Click the Sharing tab.
d. Select the Share this folder option.
e. Add a description (optional).

Leave the User Limit at Maximum allowed.
Give full permissions to the account that you are using to connect to the
Multimedia servers.
