Configuring the automatic text for text chat

In the Contact Center Multimedia Administrator application, expand
Contact Center Multimedia.

Expand WebComms Administration.

Double-click WebComms Configuration.
Result: The WebComms Configuration dialog box appears.

In the Welcome Message box, type the message that you want to appear
at the beginning of every text chat session. The maximum size for this
message is 200 characters.
