Click Contact Center Administrator Server to select it.

Click Edit.
Result: The Server Properties dialog box appears.

In the Server Name box, change the name of the Contact Center Manager
Administration server.

Click Save.
Result: A warning appears describing potential errors for changing this
server. Click OK to accept.

Restart the Multimedia services using the following steps:
a. On the Start menu, click All Programs > Nortel Contact Center >
Multimedia Server > CCMM Services Control.
Result: The CCMM Service Control window appears.
