Double-click Closed Reasons.
Result: The Closed Reasons window appears.

Click New.
Result: The New Closed Reason window appears.

In the Text box, enter a description of the closed reason (maximum 50
characters).

To select the new closed reason as the default selection, select the Set as
Default check box.
Note: You can only select one closed reason for the default.

Click Save.

The closed reason you created appears in the list in this window.
