Maintaining the database

On the Windows Start menu, click All Programs > Nortel Contact Center
> Multimedia Server > CCMM Services Control.
Result: The CCMM Service Control window appears.

Click Stop All.

Under Caché Controller Service, click Start.

Under CCMM Starter Service, click Start.

Under CCMM License Service, click Start.

Click Exit to close the CCMM Service Control window.

On the Windows Start menu, click All Programs > Nortel Contact Center
> Multimedia Server > CCMM Administrator.

Type your user ID and password.

Expand Contact Center Multimedia/Outbound.

Expand Database Administration.
