Step 10. Record the journal file
At this time in this procedure, you have backed up Server B and restored the data
on to Server A. Server A is about to start processing contacts and writing the
information to journal files. You must record the journal file on Server A in
order to configure Server B to run in standby mode.
Determining the current database journal file

On Server A, click Start > All Programs > Nortel Contact Center >
Multimedia Server > Caché Control Panel.
Result: The Username/Password window appears.

In the Username/Password window, enter the following:
User: NNCCADMIN
Password: 20NnCc04

Click OK.
Result: The Caché Control Panel appears.
