Log on to the Contact Center Manager Server.

From the Start menu, select Programs > Nortel Contact Center >
Manager Server > Shutdown.
Result: A dialog box appears prompting you to shut down services.

Click OK.
Result: The services shut down.

Click Accept.

From the Start menu, choose Control Panel.

Right-click Network Connections.

Right-click the LAN connection on the ELAN subnet network interface card,
and then click Properties.

Select Internet Protocol (TCP/IP), and then click Properties.

Enter the new IP address, and then click OK.

On the Properties window, click Close.

From the Start menu, select All Programs > Nortel Contact Center >
Manager Server > Server Setup Configuration.

Click the Local Area Network IP tab.

On the IP Address list, select the new ELAN IP address.

Click OK.

Click Yes to start the Server Setup Configuration Utility.
Result: The Server Setup Configuration Utility launches. This takes 10 to
15 minutes to complete. A dialog box confirms the configuration is
complete.

Click OK.
Result: The system prompts you to restart the server.

Click Yes.
