Double-click Outgoing E-mail Encoding.
Result: The Outgoing E-mail Encoding dialog box appears.

In the Encoding list, select the type of encoding you want to use.

Click Save.

Restart the CCMM Email Manager service by doing the following:
a. On the Windows Start menu of the Multimedia server, click All
b. Right-click CCMM Email Manager service, and click Restart.
c. Close the Service window.
Select one of the following types of coding, as required for your system:
US-ASCII
1328
Programs > Administrative Tools > Services.
