Backing up the database

On the Windows Start menu, click All Programs > Nortel Contact Center
> Multimedia Server > CCMM Administrator.

Type your user ID and password.

Expand Contact Center Multimedia/Outbound.

Expand Database Administration.

Double-click Backup/Restore Utility.
Result: The CCMM Backup and Restore Utility window appears.
