In the File Name box, enter a new database name. For example, Contact
Center Multimedia/Outbound Security Template.

Click Open.
Result: The Import Template dialog box appears.

Select Contact Center Multimedia/Outbound Security Template.inf, and
then click Open.

click Analyze Computer Now.
