Migrating Contact Center 6.0 to a new server

Select Start > All Programs > Nortel > Symposium TAPI Service
Provider > Configure Database.

If you are prompted, enter the customer number for the switch.
Result: The application configuration dialog box appears.

Click Convert Text file.
Result: The Open dialog box appears.

Browse to the download.txt you created. For more information, see "To
