To delete a closed reason

Log on to the Multimedia Administrator.

Expand Contact Center Multimedia.

Expand Agent Desktop Administration.

Double-click Closed Reasons.
Result: The Closed Reasons window appears.

Select a closed reason from the list provided.

Click Delete.

Click Close.
