6.3 Possible failures in the electronic control system for rear axle differential lock,

front driving axle drive and front power take off shaft and instructions for their trouble-
shooting
The list of possible failures in the electronic system for rear axle DL and RPTO and in-
structions for their troubleshooting are shown in Table 6.3.1.

To facilitate the task and troubleshooting of the rear axle DL and RPTO electronic con-
trol system use the electric circuit diagram for rear axle DL and RPTO electronic control system,
attached to this BELARUS-922,6 manual (Annex B).
- Check according to the electric circuit diagram if the
power supply voltage is transferred to the respective
distribution valve solenoid;
- check the solenoid winding (the winding resistance
shall be within 4-6 О)
Check if there is pressure at the respective electro
hydraulic distribution valve outlet. Eliminate the fail-
ure in the hydraulic system
forward motion position
Check electric circuits according to the electric con-
nections diagram
Check the sensor activation:
- If the wheels are in the forward motion position the
contacts of sensor 7 (Figure 6.3.1) shall be closed;
- if the driving wheels turn at an angle of more then
(13±2)°, the sensor contacts shall open. If necessary,
adjust the sensor activation using adjusting gaskets
8.
The increased number of gaskets 8 leads to the re-
duction of sensor operating angle 7, the decreased
number of gaskets leads to the increase of sensor
operating angle.
Replace the faulty sensor
