NOTICE
Destruction of the encoder due to an incorrect supply voltage
The encoder supply voltage can be assigned as 5 V or 24 V. The encoder may be
destroyed if you enter the wrong parameters.
• Select the appropriate motor supply voltage.

When unipolar HTL encoders are used, A*, B*, and R* on the terminal block must be jumpered with M_Encoder (X531)
Because the physical transmission properties are more robust, the bipolar connection should always be used. The

unipolar connection should only be used if the encoder type does not output push-pull signals.
