5.4.2 Maintenance Each 125 Hours of Operation

5.4.2.1 General directions
Perform previous operations and operations listed in this subsection 5.4.2.
5.4.2.2 Operation 21. Checking the tightening of the wheels threaded connections
Checking the tightening of the wheels threaded connections is to be performed
once during the first DMT (after 8-10 hours of operation), which is performed by the cus-
tomer, then after every 125 hours of the tractor operation.
Check and if necessary tighten nuts for fastening the wheels and hubs bolts:
- tightening torque for the bolts 3 (Figure 5.4.13) of the rear wheels hubs shall be
from 300 to 400 N·m (four bolts in each hub);
- tightening torque for the nuts 1, which fasten the rear wheels to the hub, shall be
from 300 to 350 N·m;
- tightening torque for the nuts 2, which fasten the rear wheels disks to the rims
bracket, shall be from 180 to 240 N·m. (On the tractors with variable disk offset);
- tightening torque for the nuts 4, which fasten the front wheels to the FDA reducer
flanges, shall be from 200 to 250 N·m.
1 – nut for fastening the rear wheels to hubs; 2 – nut for fastening the rear wheels
disks to rims brackets; 3 – bolt for fastening the rear wheels junction hubs; 4 – nut for fas-
tening the front wheels disks to the FDA reducer flanges.

5.4.2.3 Operation 22. The tractor washing and the cab interior cleaning
Wash the tractor and clean the cab interior.
The engine shall be stopped, "earth' switch shall be in "OFF" position while washing
the tractor by water jet.
While washing the tractor take measures to protect electric and electronic devices,
connectors from water jets.
IT IS PROHIBITED TO DIRECT WATER JET ONTO ELECTRIC AND ELECTRON-
IC DEVICES AND HARNESS CONNECTORS.
Water maximum temperature should not be above 50
IT IS PROHIBITED TO ADD AGRESSIVE ADDITVES (WASHING REAGENTS)
INTO WASHING WATER.
After the tractor washing, clean the electric and electronic devices, harness con-
nectors by compressed air.
