The Remote Feature Activation (RFA) website automates some of the upgrade
procedures, including generating a License File.

LIT documentation
Adobe Acrobat Reader application installed on your PC (to
read FET and LIT documentation)
Internet Explorer 5.0 or higher installed on your laptop/PC
Intranet access to your designated RFA portal (see
the RFA website).
