It means that
The processor serial number does
not match the serial number(s) in
the License File. In duplicated
configurations the system checks
the processor serial numbers in
both the active and standby SPEs.
The value of the Used field for any
TYPE II or TYPE III field on the
Customer Options forms (pages 1,
5, 6, and 9) is greater than the value
of the field.
To more quickly identify the which of
these TYPE II and TYPE III features
is causing the error, compare the
Used field with the value of the field
itself (the License File value).
NOTE:
Before usage is checked if the
value of the field is not
between the upper and lower
values in the License File, the
value of the field is changed in
translation to the lower value
in the License File.

Remote that is serving as a PPN.
