Switch-Connect New EPN to Existing PPN and

For the following connection example, the PPN cabinet is called Cabinet 1, the

first EPN cabinet is called Cabinet 2, and the EPN cabinet containing the Switch

Node Carrier is called Cabinet 4.

For the following example, add links to PNs in alternating order, for example:

20 and 2, 19 and 3, 18 and 4, and so forth.
