Displays the synchronous encoder axis number currently being monitored.
5) [Program No.]
Displays the servo program numbers that were being executed when the error occurred.
6) [Err Code]
Displays the error codes of the minor, major, servo error, servo program setting error, real, virtual switching
error information (error code: hexadecimal), personal computer link communication error code and motion CPU
WDT error that are currently occurring.
7) [Error Definition]
Displays the definitions of the errors that occurred.
