38.1 ONT Template Overview
Configure ONT templates to manage ONT settings. After you create ONT templates, see
page 319
to create ONT configurations to apply them.
An ONT template defines the general settings for an ONT, such as DHCP option 82 information, the port
speed, and performance monitoring.
38.1.1 What You Can Do
• Use the ONT Template screen
• Use the ONT Bwgroup screen

Use this screen to edit or modify the ONT template configurations. A PON port can have up to 8
templates. Click Advanced Application > ONT Template in the navigation panel to display the screen as
shown.
