36.4 ONT QoS Pbit Profile
Use this screen to configure ONT QoS profiles that translate IEEE 802.1p priority bit values to other values.
Click Pbit-Profile in the Advanced Application > QoS Profile screen to display the screen as shown.
Chapter 36 QoS Profile
DESCRIPTION
Specify a name for the bandwidth profile.
Specify the upstream bandwidth group type the profile uses.
The upstream bandwidth group type and profile settings display below this field. Click Type Help to
display all bandwidth group types and how their bandwidth is controlled by SIR, AIR, and PIR
parameters respectively.

Specify the profile's Sustained Information Rate (SIR) in kbps.
Specify the profile's Access Information Rate (AIR) in kbps.
Specify the profile's Peak Information Rate (PIR) in kbps.
The PIR is the maximum bandwidth allowed for the incoming traffic flow on a port when there is no
network congestion.
Click Apply to save the changes.
Click Cancel to clear the fields.
Click Clear to return the screen's settings to the defaults.
This is the index number of an ONT QoS bandwidth profile.
This is the name of the profile.
This displays the upstream bandwidth group type the profile uses.
This displays the profile's settings.
Select this for one or more profiles and click Delete to remove them.
Use this row to select all of the profiles for deletion.
Click Delete to remove the profiles with the Delete option selected.
Click Cancel to begin configuring the screen again.
Click Prev or Next to show the previous/next screen if all status information cannot be seen in one
screen.
