The number of minimum paths exceeds
the number of normal paths.
An internal error occurred.
The specified logical address is incorrect.
The existing logical addresses are not
the same.
Continuous Access Journal or Continuous
Access Journal Z is not installed in the
storage system.
Continuous Access Journal or Continuous
Access Journal Z is not installed in the
remote storage system.
The serial number or the controller ID of
the remote subsystem is incorrect.
The specified remote storage system
contains journals or data volume pairs
for remote copy operations.
An internal error occurred.
Recommended Action
Do either of the following to recover from
the error:
If the error code is 100c, add normal
paths, then set the minimum number
of paths.
If the error code is 100d, add normal
paths, then delete paths. Alternatively,
reduce the minimum number of paths,
then delete paths.
Check the SSB log, then contact HP
Technical Support.
Do either of the following to recover from
the error:
If you are adding DKCs, specify the
same logical address.
If you are editing paths, specify the
same logical address as the existing
paths.
Delete the DKC once, then add the DKC
using the same logical address.
Continuous Access Journal or Continuous
Access Journal Z must be installed in the
storage system when you create a path
or a pair for Continuous Access Journal
or Continuous Access Journal Z. Install
Continuous Access Journal or Continuous
Access Journal Z in the storage system.
Continuous Access Journal or Continuous
Access Journal Z must be installed in the
remote storage system when you create
a path or a pair for Continuous Access
Journal or Continuous Access Journal Z.
Install Continuous Access Journal or
Continuous Access Journal Z in the
remote storage system.
Check the serial number and the
controller ID of this remote storage
system and already registered remote
storage systems, then specify the correct
values.
If the specified values are correct, check
the cable connection of the remote
storage system. If the problem persists,
please contact HP Technical Support.
Delete data volume pairs of the specified
remote storage system. Then delete
journals, if any. Ensure that there are no
data volume pairs and journals, then
retry the operation.
Check the SSB log, then contact HP
Technical Support.
