Operational status (Ip, Ipv6, Osi, Mpls)—Indicates the operational state of the IPCP,
IPv6CP, OSINLCP, or MPLS protocol
up—Protocol is operational
down—Protocol is not operational because of a problem in the PPP layer
notPresent—Protocol is not operational because it does not exist
noResources—Protocol is not operational because it does not exist due to a lack
of resources
