5 select_list(0) can be replaced by set_extstartpos(0), select_list(1) by
set_extstartpos(Mem1). Thereby, Mem1 is the memory size of "List 1" (and the absolute start
address of "List 2"). After initialization (with load_program_file), Mem1 is 4000, otherwise
as set via config_list. Mem1 can be determined (e.g. after a board changed "ownership")
